I was fortunate enough to study brain gym in the mid 90's. I was taught that the focus of these simple exercises was to improve brain function. These exercises were so simple and in harmony with Kung Fu I immediately incorporated them into our program. You will see these exercises mostly in our warm up portion of class. Here is just a few examples of how brain gym improves brain function.
